Stages of our collaboration
After your initial request, we determine whether a meeting is needed or if we can proceed directly to filling out the brief. The brief helps us gather essential information about your brand, the specific product, and the objectives of the advertising campaign.
We analyze the information from the brief and prepare a commercial proposal with a preliminary media plan, where we also calculate projected performance metrics (DRR, ROMI, etc.).
We give you time to review the proposal and schedule a meeting where we finalize the terms of cooperation, select influencers, and agree on timelines and budget.
We prepare for the project launch: setting the campaign timeline, confirming influencers, arranging product/service logistics, approving the brief, and handling other organizational processes.
Based on the agreed terms, we prepare the contract, appendix, and invoice. Payment is made after the approval stage.
We launch the advertising campaign. This includes content approval, publications, and interim performance tracking. Timelines depend on scope and objectives, averaging from 14 to 30 days.
